Cake flavours

Fruit cake; This is one of my most popular cake.  A recipe of my own which make a rich and moist cake and lots of flavours of fruits been marinated in sherry and spices .Popular also for wedding & Christmas celebrations

Chocolate cake; Another popular cake. A nice chocolate flavour , moist cake which melt in your mouth will make your guests want more.

Vanilla cake; This is one of these buttercake with a light and moist texture loved by any generations.

Lemon; With fresh lemons, this cake is perfect for any occasions

Orange; With fresh oranges, the freshness is here.

Cinnamon cake: A rich butter cake with a great flavour and taste of ground cinnamon

Carrot cake: A traditional rich cake with fresh carrot, toasted walnuts and ground spices

Sponge; This sponge cake is the kids best friend, light in texture, perfect for kid’s birthday party

Dark mud cake;A rich and moist cake made with high quality dark chocolate.

White mud cake; A rich and moist cake made with high quality white chocolate.

Caramel; What a perfect cake rich in caramel flavour , perfect with tea or coffee

Dessert cake;  Any of the above light textured  cake decorated with cream, or chocolate cream is ideal for dessert; for more excitements, add some chocolate truffles as toppings!

Homemade cake: I often get requests to decorate a cake made by somebody who has a special recipe which everybody is fond of.  I will be happy to do so.

Unfinished cake; if you want to decorate your cake, you can simply buy a baked one at Martine’s cake

Cup cake: A light vanilla cupcake with a filling of either raspberry, cream, ganache in the middle make it a difference. Also available, lemon cup cake.

Carrot Cup cake: A light cupcake with fresh carrots, toasted walnut and  ground cinnamon, truly divine.

Filling: Raspberry, strawberry,Custard,ganache, cream

Cake covering: Smooth icing, marzipan,Cream (fat free), ganache, Cream cheese frosting
